For you all wanting to run the shorter 365 slide on the longer XL grip module, what exactly is the benefit you're after? I've shot both the 365 and XL upper on both lowers, and prefer the shooting dynamics of the longer slide quite a bit. Before shooting it, I thought the XL would be the worst of all worlds on such a concealable gun, but the optics cut made me try it. Now, I'd need a good reason to go back to the shorter slide on either grip module. You all are no dummies, so I must be missing something. Short of adding a comp and still fitting 365 XL holsters, what is it you prefer about the shorter 365 slide and barrel compared to the longer XL variant? If it's concealment, I get it. I've hated to give up ankle and pocket carry, but the XL conceals well enough for my purposes (formal and business casual attire) in a Spencer's Flex and a belly band that I am unwilling to give up the better shooting characteristics of the XL slide. What am I missing by ignoring the shorter slide?

I'd have the same question, I have both, a standard 365 and an XL.
I picked up the 365 after the bug's were shaken out and then the XL
when they were released, then a RDS when available, first a Shield,
    now a 407K.
I've mixed and matched upper's and lower's several ways,
I'd agree, my preference is the long slide, I can see the 365
module offers the option of better concealment with the 10rd
mag, but I carry AIWB and prefer the longer holster anyway.
    But to each their own!
A 365 slide with a comp does have my attention, curious to
hear feed back on function / reliability.
The 365 sees little use these days but I've picked up an Enigma
for it for the rare occasions I can't get away with a JMCK

For me - and I have tried both because I have both a P365 and a P365XL - I prefer the longer grip of the XL as it gives me a full, very solid master grip. The shorter slide seems to present out of the holster just a bit quicker too. It also conceals in a fanny pack easier (I prefer the smaller fanny packs as they are more discrete). In Washington state we don’t have a mag capacity limit so having the 12 round XL mag is great. If we get a 10 round mag capacity limit in the future, I might lean back to the shorter grip module.

I really hope feelings don’t lie here because this Razorback grip feels like it fixes almost every gripe I have about the 365 grip.

With red dot, long slide doesn’t really have any advantage to me other than maybe a better RSA design? The ability to pop the XL module off and the normal one back on when I need even more concealment is ideal. The long slide on the normal short module feels unbalanced.

I like the Razorback’s hand-filling part, for my skinny-but-deep palms, and that it squares-up the lower rear of the grip. My hands do not get along well with many rounded grips, especially if on little guns. This provides hope that a 365-series pistol can point better for me. (As-is, they point so low, as to be a deal-breaker.)

It will be a tall order, for a Razor-backed 365XL to gain a place, among my long-established carry guns, but my April budget might well be able to tolerate the experiment.

Apparently too many others posting in or reading this thread had the same idea, because I see they are now showing as “out of stock.”
Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.

Well, such things happen. Not to worry, though; I can be patient, especially when I don’t yet have the base pistol, and, already have some excellent compact weapons.

Edited to add: At least some of the grip modules appear to be available.

I had a chance to run 300 rounds through it today and totally dig the Razorback grip. I no longer will use Talon Grips as the Razorback now provides enough purchase for a phenomenal grip.
