If you E-filed your form 4, which I believe you did, then no, you don’t get a physical stamp. The stamp is attached to your approval email.

Thank you both - I didn’t see an attachment when I viewed the email on my iPad, but it was there when I viewed it with my laptop.

I just looked and you CAN login to efile and download any previously submitted documents. I have some from 2015 that I was still able to download and get a copy of my stamp. With paper this is not an option.
