I vote, but like every other thing I vote on, it doesn't matter
Obviously @Clusterfrack you would want an effective AND kind leader who is assertive and a visionary... and plays nice with others... and creates a culture of acceptance and mutual respect.
But those kinds of leaders are very, very mythical unicorns.
What we get instead are boorish adolescents and lip servicing passivists for the most part.
Elon Musk and Steve Jobs aren’t model modern leadership styles and both are / were undoubtedly not popular with corporate HR.
But were they effective in the roles they served for their organization?
Maybe? Maybe not?
When is the devil you know better than the one you don’t?
For those not on FB, here are just a few of the messages between Foley and Ryan Flowers. Honestly, if someone told me "be cool like a little Fonzy", I might not be able to keep myself from punching them in the face.

@Clusterfrack
Did Flowers cheat? Sounds unrelated to the animosity? It’s hard to tell from that jumble.

My understanding is that he was a Match Director, and withdrew himself from a couple of matches because he was distracted with MDing and didn't finish shooting. That's technically not kosher, but hardly cheating that rises to the level of a lifetime ban, IMO. Evidently Foley didn't think it did either--until Ben Stoeger started posting about it. Then he spitefully smashed Ryan with the ban hammer, and admitted it was because Stoeger had made some related comments. I didn't believe it until I saw the messages. I mean WTF, who does that? It's like Narcoboss behavior.
