I suspect he is referring to the Sig "Sig Anti Snag" guns, known as SAS. Rounded angles and such.

I think it means he filed off the slide release so it won’t snag... and drew a largely erroneous parallel to the gimmicky anti-snag treatment Sig used to offer.
When I see shit like that, it makes me wonder what other "improvements" someone might have made with their Dremel tool.
