I was very impressed with the quality of my Prometheus Lights Ti Pocket clip, which also blends in well with denim jeans:

Yeah theres not much in the way of deep carry for the 6P size.
I carry my lights IWB, which solves the pocket clip height. Also keeps the lights from getting caught on seatbelts and car doors.
You might be able to use the Elzetta Speed Clip, which looks to be for a similar 1" tube diameter:
