I had one of these - came with a Russian chocolate bar in the box - I think the watch quit working about the time I finished the chocolate, but, Russian Paratrooper Watch.....
Bought mine from a vendor on Amazon, this was just a picture I found.

That's a fairly long running brand, "Commander's" is a literal translation. I had them starting high school and on, may still have one somewhere. They were quite popular.
