    Knee wraps

I’m looking for recommendations for knee wraps that will work for Jits. I bruised up my knee a couple months ago and keep aggravating it.

Here ya go.. I recommend a neoprene sleeve for some compression and little padding for protection, but not enough bulk to limit mobility.

Been wearing stuff like this lately:

    https://www.amazon.com/Compression-S...&s=hpc&sr=1-74

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

There are a dozen or so that look the same ranging from about $10 to $40.

They all seem to be a copy of this:

I've tried the first two cheapies and they are very similar. I like the little side brace because I have issues with thinner braces rolling down my leg and it stops it. They are the only ones I've found that stay put and don't get uncomfortable through a class (and my classes are only an hour).

good support and comfort, and the bonus is no side metal braces which is a big no-no.

I ordered this one. I was drilling a side control escape (the one where you scissor legs and get to your knees), and my knee cap popped out and back in. It did not feel good.

Woof, just hit knee to knee contact in kickboxing with one of the guys I was sparring with the other day and that lit me up pretty bad. Definitely might consider getting some wraps just for sparring

Thanks for this lead. I don't do jujitsu but I'm a month out from a knee replacement and my current brace isn't much help.

    Berter knee brace

I just got the Berter Knee brace in. I like it.

I slam my knee pretty hard using knee cut passing regularly, which influenced my purchase decision.

I didn’t end up ordering any wraps. The knee finally healed and I forgot about it. I also talked to a PT. He gave me a few stretches that have helped a lot. The only thing that bothers them now is if I spend an entire class working passes from guard.
