Anything to do or see in a day and a half visit? How about food?
Obviously, Matt, Festus, and Miss Kitty won't be around, so I am trying to find something to do to kill some time.
Going down to have a contractor body put on a service truck, so I will have all kinds of free time. Bonus: They are giving me a loaner to drive around.

It's been well over 20 years since I was there, but I thought the museum was worth seeing. It's a pretty small town and I don't remember there being much else, but again, over 20 years ago.

Sort of but not really. The cemetery is off to one side on the museum grounds and it's not like they built OVER the cemetery. It was a good place to visit. A lot of the docents were high school and college kids and very proud and knowledgeable of their city's past. The exhibits were interesting. For Gunsmoke fans there is a whole room of memorabilia but the rest is roughly real history with a little bit of cheesiness thrown in. My Family had fun in any case.
It’s an nice place to get some sleep.
