    Federal VHP

Anybody have any data or experience with these loads from Federal? LGS has some 9MM but haven’t found much information beyond Federal’s site and the rednecks on YouTube.

Although these are clear gel tests, it is safe to say that these "new" versatile hollow points perform like bullets from 30 years ago.

I'm pretty sure all of the Federal 9mm 115gr JHP uses the same classic 'Hi-Shok' they've been using for decades in the 9BPLE. The loads are just at different velocities. VHP looks to be a continuation of this.

I think Remington has done the same rebranding of their old semi-jacketed hollowpoint line as "HTP" now.

    Same bullet, new marketing.
