DDM4 PDW - while I can still get one.
And .300 BLK ammo to train with, and a stock of “real world” ammo to endure the next shortage.
Since this is a “wish list.”

I’m generic, I need a 15/22 pistol for the small shooters in my house.

I'll split mine into two lists. The "priority" list of things I'm actually prioritizing to get taken care of and the "wish" list of things I'd like to get to.

    Priority:

.22 1911 clone of some type. Probably go GSG for simplicity's sake.
.22 AR. Something in the size envelope of my Rattler that I can use as a rimfire trainer.

In addition I should pick up some inert training aids. A 1911 and some kind of AR15 thing. Does anyone make a "blue gun" that has a working charging handle and safety? Eh I should just pick up a BCG-less upper and use a SIRT bolt or something in it.

    Wish:

Send my Winchester Model 25 off to Vang Comp
    Build a 9mm CCO
    Alchemy Prime

I don't currently have any guns on my wish list, other than the CMP 1911 that I mailed out the forms for a couple weeks ago. Maybe a Dan Wesson Specialist 9mm if I don't get a low enough number to get the CMP 1911.

What I really want is to be able to buy small pistol primers at <= $.05/ea.

I'd like a Glock in .38 Super just because.

For rifles, I'm very intrigued by the new 6.8 Western. When I used to reload, loaded 160 gr Nosler partitions for my .270 Win. Those were the heaviest bullets I could find then, so I was shooting heavy for caliber loads long before it was popular. This new cartridge looks fantastic to me, but it's really overkill for the hunting I do and the size deer around here. However, I'd still like to see lots and lots of rifles chambered in this caliber.

While I'm wishing, I'd like to see a factory Ruger No.1 with a great synthetic stock in 6.5 CM. My problem with new rifles is how satisfied I am with the one I have, so I'm unlikely to buy anything new in any case.

I'd also like to see more bolt action rifles with iron sights, and some micro action bolts in 6mm ARC.

I’m beginning to understand the desire for a G43 length G43x style magazine - maybe 8 round
Wider use of 3” barrels in the LCR and LCRx range
S&W 9mm and 45 ACP revolvers with 547 style extraction and no moon clips

Could a smaller 9mm, LCR or J frame, be done with the 547 ejection system?

If I have to flee to Mexico, only if our government ever bans diet soda, then the M&P 15/22 may be my go to rifle. On a Mexican gun owners forum, I kept seeing tons of cool rifles, and then I realized they were all .22 versions of regular arms.

The guys who own the really cool stuff in Mexico probably don’t post on forums.

The MP 15/22 might be a good option for my wife, even here.

I fondled one of those in a gun shop about 17 years ago. I had recently bought a Winchester 70 FWT in 6.5x55, so I wasn't tempted to buy it. However, it was mighty nice. I don't recall how "fancy" the irons were, but it had them. Iron sights are the one thing I wish my Winchester had. I've been tempted to have a gunsmith install them...
