His death was at age 84 after living a consequential life and not in the line of the duty so I didn't feel right posting this there.
Ron "Trooper" Rossi (pronounced Ross Eye) was a beloved fixture in my area. A PA State Trooper for almost 30 years and then County Sheriff for almost 25 years, he regularly went to schools and made public service radio announcements on safety issues for kids.
