Assuming you're not looking for something medieval, a Winkler might fit the bill:

Not sure what kind of axe you are looking for, but RMJ makes good stuff. I have and have used the Eagle talon to good effect.

For more show, and a little go (in a pinch) the higher-priced options here might look good under wrapping paper:

I have a few hawks from these guys, wait/shipping times have been really inconsistent. The work is high quality and I have been happy with the hawks.

A good quality USA made hawk that has some history and doesn't break the bank: https://www.americantomahawk.com/

Elmer Roush makes period correct Viking axes, also padlocks, calipers, spears. A veteran and great guy.

I have taken several classes with him. it is amazing to see him form socket arrowheads starting with a 2 pound cross pein hammer and a full size anvil. He makes it look effortless !

I will echo the RMJ recommendation. The Jenny Wren is nice and light in weight. I bought a Loggerhead, which has entry-tool application, due to having a handle surface material that does not conduct electricity. Some RMJ axes and ‘hawks have a fantasy or medieval influence, but the actual materials are modern, so they are not going to blend well at a re-enactor event.

I keep watching for another run of the RMJ Eagle Talon.

I had to see what section this was in, as I thought this had something to do with his wife.

I should have stayed away from this thread.
Of all of the sharp things I've accumulated over the years I've not gathered an "axe/hawk"
I got a new wallet for Christmas and now you guys are going to help empty it.
That Winkler combat axe is possibly the best looking sharp thing I've seen.
The 2Hawks Viking tomahawk is right there too.
    Decisions, decisions.....damn!
You're making this tough on the OP too.
