THE MISSING LINK: Technical Force on Force

The Missing Link is the next logical progression in skills development after extensive range training and well developed fundamentals. The Missing Link is an experiential course where the student will take familiar technical handgun skills and pressure test them within a controlled oppositional format using marking rounds. Shooters will take a carefully stair stepped approach to employing the handgun against live targets in micro scenarios of increasing difficulty across two days at Blue Force Gear’s Joint Training Facility in Savannah, Georgia.

Students will shoot through carefully set up and controlled drills and scenarios to gain experience and place their two dimensional, ‘square range’ skills into a live action, 3D world. Shooters will experience both common and worst case scenarios which are staples of range training translated into force on force exercises using marking rounds. Ever wonder what your draw time, split times, and accuracy would be like ‘for real’? The Missing Link will let shooters explore questions like these safely with targeted feedback and coaching.

The Joint Training Facility at Blue Force Gear is a state of the art new shoot house with over 4,000 sq ft of configurable space which can replicate a wide range of scenarios and lighting conditions. The JTF will allow the Missing Link to place students in many challenging and realistic contexts.

Spaces are limited. The class will be held to a small number of experienced shooters to ensure that each shooter has maximum opportunity to both participate and learn from their fellow students. Course fee is $440 not including marking rounds.

A couple of slots opened up as life got in the way for a couple of guys. Class is shaping up to be a very good crew of shooters. We will also be working with and using some new items from a couple of companies in the FOF space.

Reminder that all you need are some gloves and a facemask- the converted weapons/trainers will be provided and ammo will be available on site.
