It is unusual. There's some additional complication in the fact that many of our streets are not as wide as newer cities and much of that width is taken up by quasi-permanent structures erected by the restaurants to have outdoor dining. If you go out during the storm please wear your COVID mask. Those pesky little viruses can jump from snowflake to snowflake. Yes I'm talking about ice crystals not pajama boys.
