    East Coast Snowpocalypse 12/16/20

    Everyone ready?

Yes, I know it’s a laughable storm compared to say Wyoming, but anyway...

I've been sitting here in a pile of hardtack, ammo, and booze for months now. I couldn't be more ready.

Where I am, if I was out at night I might consider putting a light jacket on. Shorts are still GTG though.

Don’t you know that snowfalls are now just a thing of the past?

NYC (I'm not there) could get more than a foot. That's kind of unusual.

Not very bright but does lack ambition
Some forecasts are showing up to 32” in central PA, and a fairly large area of a foot or more.

It is unusual. There's some additional complication in the fact that many of our streets are not as wide as newer cities and much of that width is taken up by quasi-permanent structures erected by the restaurants to have outdoor dining. The Guv shut down indoor dining again this past Monday. There is concern about where plowed snow will go.

No change for me. Maybe a quiet day or two at my business, I break out my old man waterproof Rockports instead of fashionable boots or sneakers.

If you go out during the storm please wear your COVID mask. Those pesky little viruses can jump from snowflake to snowflake. Yes I'm talking about ice crystals not pajama boys.
