New Spammer: Roseann

There is a new spammer who posts as Roseann, who has posted several times:

I don't know if there is an option for a "report post" function, or if it already exists without me noticing.

It would make it easier to report spammers and such without PM'ing a bunch of mods.

There is a report post button look under my username for the exclamation point.
