Folks, I've never heard of Laura King, but she appears to have a decent career, and the book is apparently aimed at mental health/stress relief for LEOs. Plus, it's free on kindle right now.

It sounds pretty similar to Dr Kevin Gilmartin’s book Emotional Survival For Law Enforcement. I heard Dr Gilmartin speak several times and I have his book. Frankly it’s something I wish I heard and read earlier in my career vs 16 years into it.
I highly recommend it and if Dr Gilmartin is still lecturing and you have a chance to hear him do it!
