If they are supporting the right of the people to have guns and to use them safely and properly then I have something in common with them regardless of what political beliefs we may disagree on.

At least according to the first post in this thread "The Socialist Rifle Association is a non-profit, membership-based organization dedicated to upholding the right of the working class to keep and bear arms and to promote the development of skills for self and community defense."

The "working class" (however it is defined on a particular day, by whichever Maoist is in charge) is not the same as "the people" as used in the Second Amendment.

We all know what happens when they decide you are not in the "working class."

Armed Leftists set up private shooting range in the Southeast

A Southeast-based armed Leftist group has set up their own shooting range in Georgia.

Oh really? Well now I'm curious. Wonder where they decided to set up shop.

Looking at their website, their chapter here is "North Georgia" so I'm guessing probably somewhere not too far outside Atlanta. Their twitter page is predictably...interesting...

Socialism is a totalitarian idea. It can only be implemented through government control. Government control implies prison for anyone who doesn't comply. Socialist gun support group is oxymoron.... Not surprising though as history education in America has been replaced by propaganda.
