Finally had a hardware issue. I think I’m missing a nut for the grip screw now?

Escutcheon screws
I keep those in my wish list for the day I get off my fourth point of contact and make some inserts.

Brownell's lists the OE Ruger part, but only for the side the screw head normally seats in. The threaded side, when you click on the schematic, brings up nothing.

I'd call Ruger CS and see if they'll just send you one.

Not another dime.
Sack Peterson will send you one with a nice stag grip wrapped around it.
I was into 10mm Auto before it sold out and went mainstream, but these days I'm here for the revolver and epidemiology information.
I didn't think it was a nut. I thought it was just a threaded insert in the grip panel on the opposite side.
Tightening screws all around is part of my revolver cleaning routine, at least until I decide it's ok to apply blue loctite to some of them.
I think the tiny screw underneath the cylinder release has a reputation for backing out, too.
Topic drift: I'm seeing a 7-shot, 3 inch, blued, adjustable sight Talo new with a couple of GB dealers now. Model #1790. Interesting.
Edit: Looks it's really it's a 2.5" 6-shot but some of the dealers have it spec'd wrong. The only picture of a real revolver I see is a 6-shot. Still interesting.
