From my rank amateur lense, that looks to be a later model Swenson reflecting a few tweaks as he went along i.e. "name plate", stippling along the top to cut glare and the better fastening of what I presume is still an S&W revolver rear sight?

P.E., you definitely need a set of VCD grips to take full advantage of the gun....just sayin'
That's what Todd realized, and as the owner of multiple sets of David's grips, I personbally attest that he was absolutely right (that and the realization that Todd's skill level was several magnitudes greater than mine). Along with the benefits of a bright orange front sight.
