Pretty much every flashlight brand is made in China. Surefire, some Streamlights, and Elzetta are made in USA. Are there any others I'm missing? I've had good luck with Fenix, Klarus and Olight, but they're all made in the PRC.

Malkoff comes to mind.
Prometheus/Foursevens. While not all are produced in the USA he does as much as possible in the states and is very transparent on the website.

No one's mentioned ModLite yet. Closest thing I've found to a lightsaber is their OKW. It's a pocket spotlight. Great for lighting up the interior of a vehicle at night.
And also Oveready if you're counting small batch, high end flashlights.
Not difficult to Lego some truly nice lights using an assortment of the above-mentioned brands.
