If your Oder 2 and use BF50 you get them for basically $50 pre tax.

I got all excited because I didn’t know that Beretta stocked any of the Aridus components and immediately searched to see if they also sold the Zhukov forend kit. They do not.

Finally picked mine up today. Looks all good, cycles well in dry fire. Hopefully I'll be able to get it out to the range this weekend and bless it properly.

FWIW, still on the shelf at my LGS (where I work P/T....) And since it was obtained from commercial channels, it’s GTG for anyone, not just LE.

I zeroed the Aimpoint and the Aridus ghost ring today. The gun fed 40 rounds of Federal 8 pellet low recoil Flitecontrol, 25 rounds of Speer Lawman 8 pellet low recoil (has the Flitecontrol wad), 5 rounds of Remington managed recoil 8 pellet, 5 rounds of Remington managed recoil 1oz slugs, 5 rounds of Federal Truball deep penetrator slugs, and 25 rounds of Federal #6 target loads. No malfunctions whatsoever, and Flitecontrol stays within an 8" circle at 25 yards. Slugs appear to be POA/POI at 25 yards (sufficient to hit a 3"x3" box). I worked reloads, presentations from the ready, multi-shot engagements, and multi-target engagements. I'm very impressed with this shotgun.

FYI, Aridus just got another batch of their 1301 Magpul stock adapters done and up for sale on the website.

Just handled a new OD Green 1301T at Joe's Sporting Goods in St Paul. $1249, if I recall correctly.

Not sure if it's the most current version with choke tubes; I was so surprised to see it that I forgot to check!

I did not notice any cant to the front sight base, however.

Holy crap, what a well balanced, light, purposeful and ergonomically pleasing shotgun.
I think I get it now.

No doubt. I hate heavy recoil but I love shooting and handling this shotgun. So does everyone I let shoot it. Great for new shooters.
