I have class later this week. Does anybody have any non-snarky questions I should ask?

- It's not the odds, it's the stakes.
- If you aren't dry practicing every week, you're not serious.....

Commercial availability of size L Carry grip shells ?
Any insight on factory 21 round mags over inserting and bending the ejector when used in conjunction with the X5 mag ? well ? (We’ve had this happen 3x)
How do the IOP / LE PRO FCUs compare to the DHS contract FCUs ?
Any chance of PRO optics cut .40 cal guns or slide kits ?
Take reading glasses if you need them. Some tiny springs.
My instructor said “if you drop a spring, just come get a replacement. You’ll never find it!”
He also refused to have us use slave pins for the sear and safety lever.
“You won’t have them in the field anyway....” and then he showed us a better way.
Good class. You’ll enjoy it.
I’m going to Glock armorer class tomorrow.
Eh, maybe ask about the decision of deleting the safety lever spring in current production?
“Conspiracy theories are just spoiler alerts these days.”
Is it safe to drop?
We could isolate Russia totally from the world and maybe they could apply for membership after 2000 years.
Not something the instructor will likely know and/or be able to disclose. He's probably sworn to secrecy on any future projects if he knows about them at all.
Anyway, I always sort of thought SIG missed the boat in this regard. Ideally the 320 chassis would have been made so that it could be configured as a 10mm, 38 Super, 45 Auto, 40 S&W, 357 SIG, or 9mm by changing the ejector and slide catch parts. Same goes for the ambi safety. The chassis should be pre-cut to accept the thumb safety even if the user doesn't want one installed.
