I confess I was intrigued by this one in titanium for a couple bucks more. However, as it is made in the PRC and a suitable alternative was readily available, it was a hard pass.

Probably against the norm but I just use the Home Depot Husky screwdriver set. Wasn’t much $30ish for the set and if something snaps or deforms then I just take it back for a free replacement. So far so good but only had them for 2 years or so.

I was out at my folk’s house helping my daughter’s fiancé move some tools and benches the other day. My Dad is cleaning out the garage in preparation for a sale and move. I ended up picking up this Craftsman vise and the double bit (among other things)

Tool of the Month for June 2021. I figured I would just knock it out and there may be a bit of DIY coming up on a 2004 CRV so I figured having some Japanese screwdrivers which seem to be optimized for some fasteners in Japanese cars was as good as a justification as any. 29ish shipped for the "set."

I *really* like that style of screwdriver for certain tasks.

What's you plan for storing the handle and various bits?

    Plan re storage

Handle with with a driver (JIS 1/3) goes in the top tray of the tool box.

Short term storage of others is a Sheriff of Baghdad band an a zip lock in the same tray. Longer term, some kind of polymer case or tube i.e. maybe 1/2 inch pvc “capped”

Any thoughts re storage- Rob s etc?

I like this for short ones, but I don't have enough short ones for it to really work:
