    Cobra Pro Buckle

I received my first belt with a Cobra buckle and one of the release tabs definitely has more grinding and a little binding throughout its motion. It was originally extremely hard to release but I think I’ve resolved that by pushing the buckles together when trying to release.

Is having some grit in the movement common with these buckles? Almost sounds/feels like the return spring is a little out of alignment

The couple of Cobra buckles that I have owned have been smooth as butta’.

Cobra buckles are designed not to release under tension.
