Bullshit word-parsing.... From the subtitle... "corporate records reviewed by The Wall Street Journal show no role for Joe Biden"
WSJ expects readers to believe that if Joe was involved, the involvement would have been recorded, or that he would have had a formal "role", and that the absence of this is somehow determinative. This is why no intelligent person trusts the media.

Not that I hang around with such folks, but he seemed the least likely CEO for a potential billion dollar international concern possible.
(Maybe that's the point, but I'd definitely have enjoyed access to the information, evidence, and the interview. )

WASHINGTON — The reported former business associate of Joe Biden’s son, who spoke with the press before Thursday’s presidential debate, had been set on Friday to meet with Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin. That meeting has had to be postponed because Tony Bobulinkski is set to meet with the FBI, according to a release from Johnson’s office.
Friday morning, lawyers for Bobulinski informed the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and Senate Finance Committee that the FBI asked his client to sit for an interview later that day, in addition to providing copies of his phones, according to the release from Johnson’s office.
“Mr. Bobulinski has agreed to honor his commitment to sit for an interview in the near future with the Committees,” the release stated.
