Well darn it, was hoping for a different answer.

That’s why I made a rule to myself to never buy another pistol without checking JMcustom and Darkstar first.

Still playing around with it, obviously. But in the time i had today, it wasn't as bad as it looks. I put some cant in to drop the butt down while still keeping the dot up, decided on the smaller claw to not push the dot out, added a muzzle wedge and it's still high but not printing as bad as expected.

The rogers grips are huge. With a set of boots or round butts, it'd work quite well, I'm certain. I'm going to keep experimenting and I'll update if i have any breakthroughs but I'm happy now.

As it is, this is just a range holster anyway so that i can play with my 617 from concealment. If i were to carry a wheel gun I'd use my gp100 in a jmck regular aiwb, which is my preference but the design won't work with dots unfortunately.

I’ve been using this C&G Covert holster for AIWB-ing my K6S 2” for a few months now with great results carried at 1:00. I wear a Wilderness Instructor belt with the Velcro end over the clip. The only adjustment I’ve made is hitting the bottom edge with 600 grit paper to smooth it up and make it absolutely comfy. Conceals perfect for me under an untucked t shirt. I think it would work well for the 3”.

Sadly the product page specifies 2” only. 3” revolvers have always been both praised by shooters and shunned by the support market.

No, thank you! I’ll keep an eye on them in case that changes, and will send them a message too. I appreciate you pointing them out.

I wish they made those with a reinforced mouth.
