So on Firefox on my tablet, this made the view within threads which had been fine go to the "plain text" type view the front page and sub-forums have for me now.
At least it puts lines between posts after I logged back in. But then it stopped recognizing I was logged in, and I had to log in again to make this post.

I just logged in via Microsoft Edge, same deal, plain text version.
Weird, but then this whole thing has been weird. At first, I was getting only the main forum display and the search page with truly wrong rendering (on multiple platforms/browsers), then the threads went to crap too, and then sometime this morning, all was well for me. Super strange that it's not consistent with some particular browser or OS, and that the behavior on any given browser or OS can change for some users but not others.
...and just like that, it's back to normal on my laptop and Chrome.
Home screen, sub forums and threads are messed up for me using an iPhone with Safari.
