As Ken mentions - and @RJ mentioned - GT Distributors will happily sell you a Blue Label Glock and ship it to your local FFL for transfer to you.
If you've never bought online before (I'm guessing the answer is no) - it can seem a bit daunting, but it's not super complicated:
Gunbroker (the kind of gun equivalent of eBay) has a nice FAQ that addresses 'remote' buying of firearms - https://support.gunbroker.com/hc/en-...lling-Firearms
To find a nearby dealer who will conduct a transfer for you - you can use Gunbroker's handy tool: https://www.gunbroker.com/ffl/index - Enter your Zip, generate the list of dealers and pick up the phone and call them to find out who is close and will handle the transfer. Usually there is a moderate fee ($20-30) for a transfer + applicable taxes/state fees.
To buy from GT Distributors - you will need to provide them with the information from who will handle your transfer (so find your transferring dealer FIRST).
So let's run down the list of how to do this:
1) Find a local FFL dealer who will handle firearms transfers for an appropriate fee (i.e., <$40, more than that is ridiculous, in my opinion).
2) Contact GT Distributors and purchase online or call them (they are super friendly on the phone).
3) Submit your necessary documents to GT Distributors (DD214 for the Blue Label Veterans Discount, information from your FFL (i.e., shipping and their licensee info, the dealer will know exactly what to give you).
4) Pay GT for the gun (and applicable shipping)
5) Go to your local FFL and fill out your 4473 which will transfer the weapon into your ownership (just like buying your Hellcat from a dealer, nothing is different here).
6) Pay the transfer fee and any applicable state fees/taxes
7) Take your new Blue Label Glock to the range!
This may seem like a lot of steps, but ultimately it's pretty straight forward, will require you to visit only one place in person (the dealer that will transfer to you), and will save you a couple of hundred bucks and provide you with the pistol you want and 3-magazines, at the 'correct' (i.e., non-inflated) price.
