One of my co-workers shot a guy in the forehead with 5.56 at <25 yards and I was talking to him in the booth in less than 3 weeks. The bullet went right between the hemispheres. That was the second time that guy had been shot by US Forces and the 3rd time he had been detained. He was the epitome of catch and release.
