I’m not seeing sub .20 brass case 9mm anywhere from a legit retailer. Seems .26 is the standard online for new manufactured “name brand” ammo. Freedom might be lower as well as the Hungarian Republic brand but only around $10 a case…….

Agree...but...it's just that my particular Ammoseek search has been identical since I started it in 2020. Using the average cpr of the lowest 5 new, brass cased 9mm bottom-feeder ammo frequently results in ammo from countries ending in -stan. But at least it is a consistent metric, and perhaps shows the overall market. I agree with your point, I would (and do) pay a bit more for Federal, Speer, etc.

Does seem like the time to buy, though.

IMHO, buy now, prior to an Election.

And FWIW... I "kinda" feel like PSA / AAC ammo prices, have helped lower the across the board costs.
