Interesting, didn't know that. Comparing the following two pictures, it seems plausible to me. I often learn something new, here. Ernst Mauch was also HK's CEO.
At the video beginning, Ernst Mauch said to Robert Hirt:
"Ah so, willscht lade." (Swabian, the German dialect spoken in Oberndorf)
= "Ach so, Du willst laden." (German)
= "Oh, I see, you want to load." (English)
But then Mr. Mauch probably saw, the G36 was already loaded. What Robert Hirt answered is even for me as a native German speaker not easily understandable, probably:
"Des poasst." (Schwäbisch)
= "Das passt." (German)
= "That fits." / "It's fine."
