This is my favorite thing: https://wiebad.com/pump-pillow/
I use it as a rear bag, elbow support for offhand, kneeling, sitting, etc. And you can sleep on it in a pinch. It's super light for its size.

Do you have a small rear bag? I find that to be very useful and more versatile than a large pillow. Also consider getting a tripod.

I have a Pump Pillow with homemade fill (50% polyfill, 50% bead fill), a Todd Tac Pad, and Loop Bag. Pump Pillow goes up front, and the Tac Pad or the Loop Bag goes in the rear. My only complaint about any of them is that the nylon is a little stiff on the Loop Bag when using it as a squeeze bag, but it works and shoots just fine, so what the hell do I know?

I'd say you could use a squeeze bag for the rear, but go shoot and see.

Same. Triad Tactical bag is so versatile and does everything I need:

I used to use a Triad rear bag, but left it at home one time. I used my Pump Pillow on the rear, and it was awesome. The pillow supports my chest, and forms a solid connection to the rifle and shoulder pocket. Super easy to adjust as well. There are still lots of situations where a small rear bag is helpful, but I'm using the Pump as a rear bag 90% of the time.

Agree about tripods. They are nearly essential for some situations, and can cost $750+ for good carbon legs and a RRS leveling head.

One other thing - sling! For precision rifles you may want to consider a sling that can be split in 2, ala V-TAC sniper sling. However, most any quality sling would work. Based on my conversation from that course, having a separate cuff is not that useful. Hasty sling is more than enough.
Also, depending on what shooting you do, etc, having a folding camp chair can come in handy. Coupled with a tripod, one can get fairly comfortable in an environment that doesn't have a shooting bench.

I agree on the sling generally, but this 18.5lb rifle doesn't seem sling friendly...

Think of a sling more of a shooting aide and less of a "carry strap". I did carry my 16lb rifle for short distances on that sling, so that's doable too.
