Colorado school suspends student for toy gun seen during virtual school session

    https://whnt.com/news/12-year-old-su...virtual-class/

Teacher was pretty sure it was a toy gun, but informed administration anyways for “safety”. They have the sheriffs department pay them a visit for a welfare check, then proceed to suspend the boy for 5 days as if he had brought the toy onto school property.

Now the school district is getting an outcry of anger because....the student is black so was they did must have been racist. Watching the snowflakes eat their own is hilarious

I’m not one to quickly reach for a lawyer, but there are absolutely times when a lawyer is the right tool for the job. This looks to be one of them.

If a kids parents keep guns in the house, would that be considered "guns in school" during COVID Zoom class?
Can a kid or parent get violated for the GFSZA for this?

The stoopid is piled high these days.

What? This is heresy. Everything is owned by the collective. Someone requires reeducation...

In my state, and many others, there are "Safe School" laws that could be applied in just such a manner. Recently here, we had one student send an extremely rude, profanity-laced text to another student during what would normally be called "school hours" except for the fact that school is being conducted remotely (Zoom). Local authorities charged the student who sent the offending text under the local "Safe School" ordinance and the case is currently pending in the municipal court system.

Given the present state of affairs amid the pronounced tendency to overreact when viewing the image of a firearm, I can see "concerned school administrators" pressing local law enforcement to file charges for the possession of a firearm (e.g.: observed in a Zoom meeting) in a school zone claiming that the remote learning environment, even though it is occurring within a private residence, is during a Zoom video meeting, effectively "school property".

This is a mental reversion to Animism.

We've already seen the Bureaucratic State become idolatrous to the point where they worship paper.

    What's next, child sacrifice?
