Are there iron sight options to fit a direct-mill SRO footprint?

I know it's like turning back the clock. I'm looking at a P-09 that's cut to fit an SRO and the cut removed the rear sight dovetail. The only thing keeping me from buying this gun (which is owned by one of the members here) is that I'm not sure I want to dump the additional $$$ into an optic right now. That cost plus the gun cost is just a little more than I'm hoping to spend all at once. I'd like to be able to shoot it with irons as well in the future. And I'm not finding any regular P-09 slides with irons for sale anywhere.

Is there a universal adapter plate for SRO direct-milled slides that just has an iron sight dovetail in it? I've searched but I'm not finding exactly what I'm looking for. TIA.

Good info, but I don't have any type of pistol optic currently. I'll remember that for the future, though.

I'm just wanting a filler plate for the SRO direct-mill cut that has a rear sight dovetail in it. Think of it as a way for a person to use their pistol if their SRO went caput or if TEOTWAWKI happened and batteries were no longer available. Or the real reason -- someone wants to buy a P-09 that's direct milled and put it straight to use without buying an SRO right now.

With all the other goofy stuff available for sale, seems like a modest business opportunity? I'm surprised it's not out there somewhere. Unless I misunderstand how these direct mill cuts work, wouldn't it be fairly modular to any gun cut for an SRO?

I believe the SRO shares the RMR footprint, so would this work? It’s cut to match the Zev slides, but it could possibly be made to work.
