    Model 14-3 for Bullseye

This one has a red dot mounted.

With no rear sight, having been drilled and tapped and with Goodyears, I don't imagine that there'll be a big demand for this one.

In the desert, looking for water.
So, how much did you bid?

That mount is a B-Square. They are (were?) famous for using the rear sight cut to secure the mount. Wonder if that mount did not require D&T of the top strap.

I know that at my age I should be more appreciative of the advantages of red dot sights so please forgive me but...

That thing just looks awful on a revolver. Over sized and out of balance, if it came into my hands I couldn't take that thing off fast enough. And, I wouldn't buy it if the original rear sight wasn't included.

As to the original question, or course the M-14 would be a delight for Bullseye. Full wad-cutter heaven.

Should at least mount a S&W clamp-on compensator to complete the package.

I didn't. If I was bidding on it, I'd keep my yap shut until it was over.
