This sort of puts thing in perspective. The Badger Institute (a [supposedly] non-partisan think tank) has been studying use-of-force by police in Wisconsin for the last few years, and came out with a study:
https://www.badgerinstitute.org/News...sin-Cities.htm
TL;DR, "Twitter" version:
Police use force in Wisconsin in only about 3% of arrests
-Of the 3%, about 75% is bodily-force only
Out of roughly 250,000 arrests in 2019, 32 resulted in officer-involved shootings (OIS), 18 of whom died
-of those 18, all but 1 were armed
So, by my math, Wisconsin cops shoot people less than 0.0072% of the time
