Pleasantly surprising that a lot of the responses to that tweet are condemning it and calling it to the attention of both Rittenhouse's lawyers and federal law enforcement agencies due to its potentially threatening nature.

The officer's behavior makes a little more sense if they thought but weren't sure if Blake had a knife/would use it. The one officer ineffectively tugging on his t-shirt seemed like a very non-commitment gesture right before shooting someone. "I don't quite trust going as far as tackling you before you can open the car door because you might stab me, but I'm not *sure* that shooting you is a good idea yet."
