Regardless of who is responsible for shooting the rioters, I hope this has a chilling effect on the willingness of the individuals to engage in mob action.
I'm betting a few more incidents of this nature occur. The Kenosha riots seem to have more folks with long arms.
Depending on why the shooter was there, and what was happening I could see this being justified. I guess we'll see.

Earlier Wednesday, Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that one victim had been shot in the head and another in the chest late Tuesday, just before midnight. Beth didn’t know where the other person was shot, but video posted on social media showed someone had been shot in the arm.
The incident occurred at about 11:45 p.m. in the area of 63rd Street and Sheridan Road, Kenosha police said.”

I am referring to the male with a fair chunk of his right arm blown away who looks to be holding a pistol.
No, but note the orange cloth strip tied to the strap of his pack which looks to be an IFF (Identification Friend/Foe) marker.
Not sure, but it looks to me like a Marquette University t-shirt, and that would be navy/gold, not black/gold.
