As long as we’re swapping “Wes stories”, below is the very first Navigant. At the time, I was doing a LOT of driving and wanted something that was comfortable, stable, and OWB for my BHP. I contacted him and we talked. He tossed out some ideas and went to work. (This was before his current back order obviously.). If I remember right, he shipped me 3 different holsters. The third was the final tweak. He was trying to get it perfect just as I was. The name (somewhat keeping in his nautical theme) was suggested by moi. It is a title given to senior expert instructors at the Airbus facility in Toulouse. It just seemed to kinda fit at the time and he was thinking out loud what to call it one day... Over the years, I have bought quite a few pieces from him. His customer service is as impeccable as his work. Plus, he’s just a damn nice guy.
