3 officers may permanently lose vision due to laser attacks

Any LEO who may face protesters with lasers should understand 1) the need for protective glasses, and 2) the very real danger of serious, permanent injury that the attack may cause. Having this information may potentially help in deciding the level of force to use in response, as well as defending that use of force.
