I have not seen it anywhere, and won't take it as official until the campaign announces it. That said, assuming Paul did deliver 3k lbs worth of campaign signs, with their names on them, it at least represents that Bidens campaign is confident enough that she makes a short enough list that they are willing to spend money to have the materials in place for immediate distribution after an announcement. Perhaps the Biden/Harris signs were on a different truck...
