It’s here, but I don’t know when I’ll be able to get to a range. It looks good, well machined and put together. I mounted up the SIG 1-6x that inspired me to buy the rifle, and am ready to go. I’ll report back with function and accuracy.
One thing I may change is the buttstock. It has a MagPul MOE SL-K which seems a little skimpy for a rifle this size. Suggestions welcome, my MagPul knowledge is about a decade out of date.

Put a break on it and a stock with a larger foot print. It helps things significantly though the 716i's are not unpleasant stock. I ended up putting a heavier buffer in it at it also ran fine FWIW.
I’m not too worried, I have a FAL - it’s just that the G3s I’ve shot were pretty rough. All I’m doing for now is swapping out the MOE SL-K for a full sized MOE SL and playing around with rail covers, a handstop and sling points.
It has a H2 buffer now - did you go heavier?

Consider MOE SL-S - a bit chunkier/heavier than SL and has storage!
