Online Coach Education via the NRA

The National Rifle Association (NRA) has adopted Human Kinetics Coach Education courses as part of its requirements for becoming a Certified Coach.

This course is authorized as Continuing Education for LE firearms instructors in my state. We grant 40 hours of training for this course.

NW3C has some really good Social Media, Electronics and Financial Investigation online classes. https://www.nw3c.org/

    ROCIC https://www.riss.net/

Coverttrack has some good training for GPS Tracking Devices https://corporate.coverttrack.com/

Lots of LE equipment companies that provided in person training have begun online classes. Pick your favorites and see what they have to offer! Many online classes are free now to try and keep sales up also.

V-Academy is mandatory for us this year. If I had a choice I would do something else............

The Beirut incident reminded me of the Center for Domestic Preparedness. Totally forgot about it. I've taken mobile and residential training from them and it was all excellent, especially the residential. Highly recommended for anyone state/local, as the USG will sponsor you free of charge and provide you with a rental car, housing, flight, etc.

Since this thread is about online training, I haven't taken their online courses but given my prior interaction with the CDP components, I have no reason to believe it would be worse than any other online training.

Police One was accepted as a viable training program for some categories of required training by Colorado POST. It's fairly easy to use and glitch free.
+1 for Police1. Lexipol and Police1 recently merged. We now have combined training from both companies there. The awesome thing is that it's very easy to make your own video based curriculum as well with P1's system.
