Not sure if anyone else has noticed this one. Palmetto (cannot find it anywhere else) is selling a bare bones 3 moa Holosun 407 for $199 that does not have the solar panel on top.
I have never given a hoot about the solar panels on their optics. I change my batteries often panel or not. This would seem to be a good low cost option if you like this form factor and can live witht he 3 moa dot.
