Do you mean Federal's Federal xm223sp1 load ?

The X designates that it is a "non standard" load usually specified for an LE/GOV customer, in the case U.S. DHS. The standard version is 223 REM 62GR FEDERAL TACTICAL BONDED (LE223T3). Both are bonded jacketed soft point bullets.

    Define "good" and define "SBR."

Does it function in SBR's? Yes, it has been one of the primary duty loads for DHS LE Agencies including ICE (15k LEOs), CBP (45k LEOs) and others for the past decade and runs reliably in properly gassed 14.5" and 11.5" DI SBR's as issued by those agencies.

Are the terminal ballistics from SBRs "good" against both unobstructed targets and those behind intermediate barriers Yes, it both meets FBI terminal ballistics standards and has performed properly in actual use.

Is it a good choice for sub moa accuracy / long range ? No. It's a bonded soft point and the exposed lead tip gets minor but inconsistent deformations which affect accuracy.

Compared to all copper loads like TSX / Brown tip, Xm223 ETSP is a relatively cheap duty load that performs well on practical targets out to 300 yards. I've hit man sized steel at 480 yards with this ammo and an 11.5" SBR.

There is no free lunch; Cheap (relatively) / Good terminal ballistics / Good long range accuracy - pick any two.

If you want the same thing in a 5.56 pressure load 5.56 62GR FEDERAL TACTICAL BONDED (XM556SBCT3).

Given the current difficulties finding ammo the Federal Fusion 62 grain .223 load will give similar performance.
