There are kids that live in Mexico that go to school in the US. I'm not sure how that works but schools in the US bus them back and forth across the border. My guess they're citizens living with their none citizen parents/relatives in MX.

I work with two guys born on opposite sides of the border. One grew up in Nuevo Laredo MX but went to public school in Laredo TX, the other grew up in Laredo TX but went to private school in Nuevo Laredo MX.
Lets just say the public school guy got the short end of the stick.
In the local school system if over a certain percentage of the kids in a particular school get free or reduced lunch the entire school gets it.

I find them to be rather accommodating, at least around here and we have our share. Practically this entire state is catch and release sanctuary cities and counties.
I know, that pisses a lot of people off but I don't make the rules, I just roll with it.
If Trump doesn't win the election a lot of people will have to roll with it.
