While not fully convinced of the necessity of a WML for every day carry, I decided to wear this. Daughter asked me to drop her off to meet up with friends at the fireworks. A close friend has property that borders the park, so we had amazing seats, no crowd, or traffic. Figured it was as good a time as any to wear my new Phlster Floodlight TLR1.
Good thing I did. As I neared home, at the first cattle guard, were two masked bandits clearly up to no good. As I exited the vehicle, my son yelled "dad's going to shoot". The perpetrators were barely visible in the headlights, but fortunately the WML provided PID. They attempted to hide amongst the cornstalks, but their beady eyes gave them away. Unfortunately, the trash pandas were too quick, and will survive another day, with full bellies of corn.

Are those G10 grips modified Hogues? I have a set for my SP101 I really like, but hate the grooves. I ended up with a Lyman/Pachmyr boot grip, but that’s a tad sticky...

Also late. In an NPE with three non-combatants so I’m packing a Benchmade 940 and higher than normal situational awareness. And of course there’s a PostIt note on the ice machine advising that a black bear has been spotted on the premises…
