#RESIST
You ever watch "Better Late Than Never"? It's a show where George Foreman, William Shatner, Terry Bradshaw, Henry Winkler, and some young comedian I don't remember the name of travel abroad. One season is Europe (and I think a touch of North Africa, Morocco, maybe?), one is Asia.
George Foreman comes across as an incredibly likeable guy with integrity and character.
Sorta around sometimes for some of your shitty mod needs.
I remember vividly when he came across as less of a teddy bear and less jovial...
...but agree, he puts a smile on my face when I see him.
There's nothing civil about this war.
George Foreman and Dolly Parton. IMHO, they both have a certain folksy manner/persona that makes people take them light. As a consequence, both have used this "simple" persona perception to their advantage, both in sport/music and in business.
As a consequence, Dolly kept significant ownership in her songs and GF sold his name/likeness to Salton for the GF Grill AND got a piece of every one of them sold.
To me, while both are quite talented, it was their work ethic that took them and kept them at the next level.
Consequently, they are both reported to be worth 300 mil plus. (GF=300+mil/DP 600+mil)
