    Support your local Cheese business

As one of my major interests outside of firearms, we need to support local business. Thus:

    Black Cheese matters...

Actually, never tried it...but thought it apropos in light of current events.

I wonder how many Black dairy farmers producing cheese there are? I'd support them. Wife and I eat a variety of different cheeses on a daily basis.

Occasionally I'll pick up a wheel of Humboldt Fog from the Murray's section at Fry's, but I'm not sure there's any local makers in Arizona that make something like it.

This goat cheese manufacturer is about fifteen minutes from our home. Tours are offered by appointment. https://www.bellechevre.com/

We tried a scottish black cheese last year. It was ok, but the charcoal flavor put me off.

@blues This would be a day trip for you https://www.ashecountycheese.com/ It's good cheddar.

We have emergency cheese in our house. Can't run out.

I don't think we can either, at least not easily... we usually buy enough for several weeks at a time.
