PX4 Mags in DSG Koala Mag Pouch

Greetings, I’m curious to know which model of the DSG Koala is most compatible with PX4. Should a PX4 user opt for the Koala designed for the Beretta 92, or for the other metal mags (HK, S&W, etc.)? @orionz06 is researching the answer through his channels as well.

    Think for yourself. Question authority.

The px4cc mags are thicker than the 92 mags.
My px4cc mags fit in my koala but my 92
mags are loose and will fall out of turned upside down.

    Picture #1: px4cc mag
    Picture #2: 92 mag
Picture #3: px4cc and 92 mag side by side. Noticed how much slimmer the 92 mag is.

PX4 Mags in DSG Koala Mag Pouch

Some hasty measurements of magazine cross sections:

    B92: .805 x 1.258”

    PX4: .863 x 1.255”

    P30: ..880 x 1.282”

    M&P9: .857 x 1.270”

In my experience, PX4 mags will not fit in 92 carriers, and fit loosely in HK carriers, which can sometimes be fixed with a heat gun or tension adjustment.

I’ve also found that PX4 mags sometimes fit M&P carriers, but not always.
